Do you provide movie selections or do we provide our own?
You can use your own movie or we can provide the movie please contact us to discuss prior to reserving your date.
Weather and Wind Policy?
We will offer you an alternative date at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if the weather does not permit us to set up on the date booked. We are unable to set up on a dirty surface or wet grass. The equipment must remain dry at all times.
Do I need internet and power? Do you provide cables?
If you are playing media that you have downloaded on a laptop, you can view offline. If you plan on streaming, you will need to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Please make sure you test your Wi-Fi signal strength outside prior to booking. We bring our own cables, but will need access to a power outlet.
Air Blower
the blower needs to be continually running to keep inflatable frame from collapsing. The fan can only be run for a maximum of 4 hours.
Do you set up outside of the GTA?
Absolutely, Please contact us for further details and note an additional fee will be added.
Set up and Pick Up Time?
We generally set up around 6:00pm and Return to take down around Midnight. After midnight we charge a fee.
Are chairs included?
No, at the moment we do not offer chairs
Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel 7 days prior to date booked at no additional cost. Any notice received after the 7 days will lose the deposit.
What is the size of the Inflatable Screen?
14 FT - 16 FT - 24 FT
You will need to provide the size of the area or an image of the space and we can help you decide on the set up prior to your event
The projector set up minimum distance from the screen - 14 ft screen (5-7 ft away) 16ft screen (10-12 ft away) 24ft screen (20 ft away)
